Global Economic Solutions
The contributions generated by the GES – useful, imaginative steps in a constructive direction, supported through a broad agreement among leading decision makers from diverse walks of life – are what we label "solutions." This label is obviously not meant to imply that we have exhaustive answers, but rather insights concerning concrete actions that should move us up the ladder of global collaboration. The results of each GES are summarized and published in various kinds of GES publications.
These results of the GES are communicated to leading international communities of policy makers and researchers. Thereby the GES is meant to initiate an ongoing dialogue on global problem solving.

GES Report - GES 2013 | At a Glance
This report captures what comes out of such a rich, dense and at times intricate meeting! It shares some short articles that capture in an impressionistic manner some of the ideas and solutions presented at this year’s GES.
Romesh Vaitilingam has distilled some insights that cut across the four issues around which this year’s program was structured. Harald Czycholl has explored what came out of discussions about the eurozone (one of the core issues at the GES 2013) and, together with Elisabeth Otto, he has reflected on this year’s theme of “redefining success.” And the Young Fellows who joined us this year have prepared an ambitious “call-to-action” that will pave the way for their future engagement with the GES.
