Membership and Benefits
Members of the Global Economic Partnership (GEP) are selected corporations, legal entities, organizations, unions or foundations. Media partners, such as newspapers, magazines, TV channels, radio stations and internet websites are able to join as well.
Membership in the GEP is valid for one year and brings progessively greater benefits,depending on your contribution to the GEP and the Global Economic Symposium (GES). Contributions in kind are also considered and a good way to personalize your support and bring your professional expertise to the GES communities.
Levels of Membership in the GEP
There are four levels of membership in the GEP (Supporter, Sponsor, Patron and Partner), depending on the contribution to the GEP and the GES. For successive levels of membership, members receive progressively greater:
- access to free tickets and rebates to the GES,
- publicity in GES documents, press displays, GES homepage,
- presence in GES Business Lounge,
- access to other leading decision makers in the GES,
- ability to invite clients and business partners,
- access to the Global Action Program, the Global Economic Fellows Program and the Business Roundtable,
- opportunities to give strategic advice to the GES Executive Team.

Partners occupy a strategic position in the Global Economic Partnership and the Global Economic Symposium, associated with a variety of special privileges. Partners receive prime visibilty in GES activities and publications. Partners contribute at least EUR 200.000 to the GES.

Sponsoring and Taxes (VAT)
The membership fees / sponsorship contributions do not include value added tax (VAT), but membership in the GEP (sponsoring of the GES) is subject to reduced VAT for non-profit organizations. For detailed information please visit the section Sponsoring and Taxes (VAT).
