Idea of the GEP

What is the Global Economic Partnership (GEP) ?

The Global Economic Partnership (GEP) is the business arm of the Global Economic Symposium (GES). Its purpose is to help business leaders to align their activities with the world’s major global challenges. The GES is a solution forum, bringing together outstanding leaders from the world’s policy-making, business, academic and civic communities. The resulting solution proposals are summarized in annual Global Economic Solutions (PDF), submitted to many large international organizations, national governments, and the GES communities.

The idea of the Global Economic Partnership (GEP)

While the GES identifies global economic challenges and their solutions, the GEP aims to identify business strategies and economic policies that address these challenges. Members of the GEP support the GES as sponsors and benefit from:

  • Exclusive international contacts to successful business leaders, powerful policy makers, brilliant scientists and inspiring civil leaders.
  • Insights into global economic trends, increasingly interdependent challenges and concrete solutions to address those global challenges.
  • A creative space for the development and presentation of successful, future oriented business strategies and business models to an outstanding expert community.
  • Visibility before, during and after the GES as proactive, globally committed company in supporting innovative collaboration and the quest for solutions to major global issues.

Find out more about the benefits for members of the GEP in the membership and benefits section. A short summary and introduction of the GEP is available in the Global Economic Partnership Flyer (PDF).
