Agenda 2018

Social prosperity has become decoupled from economic prosperity. Ever more people sense disempowerment in the face of globalization and digitalization and feel socially estranged in the face of migration flows and terrorism. This generates political and environmental problems with huge implications for our future. The world needs actions for recoupling social and economic prosperity. The Global Solutions Initiative, a network of international think tanks, helps address these challenges by providing recommendations to world leaders, along with visions that guide policy-making.

The Global Solutions Initiative supports the G20 think tank agenda 2018:

  • Climate Action and Infrastructure for Development
  • Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture
  • Gender Economic Equity
  • Cooperation with Africa
  • 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
  • Trade, Investment and Tax Cooperation
  • Social Cohesion, Global Governance and the Future of Politics
  • An International Financial Architecture for Stability and Development
  • Migration
