Shaping Digitalization

The Kiel Institute for the World Economy will host an academic workshop on “Shaping Digitalization at a Global Level.” It will take place on September 19, 2017, in Kiel and is part of the Think 20 Dialogue under the German G20 presidency.

The workshop brings together scholars who work on new insights into the social, economic and regulatory effects and challenges of the new digital age. It serves academic exchange and the insights will flow into the Global Solutions Initiative, which aims at making implementable proposals to G20 policy makers.

The workshop takes place during the “Digitale Woche Kiel” with many talks, presentations, workshops and other events around digitalization (; in German only).
