| The Global Economic Volunteers (GEV) are a selected group of students, graduates and employees supporting the Global Economic Symposium and its idea with their manpower. As partners of the GES they want to enable an active networking process between the participants and guests of the Global Economic Symposium, the Volunteers and the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW). The Volunteers are centrally selected by the Student Representation of the Department of Economic and Social Science at the University of Kiel (Fachschaft WiSo).
